These
covers are customized to fit foam blocks used in SHEN Therapy. The SHEN
therapist, who is gently applying flows of chi energy in precise
techniques to release a client's deeply held physio-emotional
contractions from prior abuse and trauma, uses a small foam block to
support their elbow while giving SHEN. The SHEN blocks can be used for
self-SHEN as well and the covers successfully keep oils, hair, dust
extra from accumulating.
